I can’t say enough good things about Trails End. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use their services twice over the past four years, and both times I was met with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. During my first experience, one small detail has always stayed with me—after my horse was loaded, Anthony took the time to use a broom to gently tidy the area and remove any visible traces. I want to start off by thanking everyone at Trails End for their compassion, sympathy and professionalism during this process. I moved to Arizona out of state two weeks ago and was faced with not knowing where to turn to from a vet to removal company. I was dreading dealing with a new company and those I wasn’t familiar with during this time. No Bed Side manner. Calls right after my horses death for payment, then rudley asks if i know price of cremation. Picked horse up so fast vets couldnt get samples taken for me. Then meets at a storage unit rental for pickup?! everything about this experience has been painful.
