Robin Deckert is an amazing and efficient person to work with. Great communicator and the only person who showed interest in leasing to me. And I’m a mature renter with good income and perfect credit. She’s your best asset. And I like the apartment and location and neighborhood. Very happy!! My only problem so far is the screen door won’t stay on track. Overall I’m happy.

The management here is the worst I've ever seen. The manager was totally unreasonable and has no idea of how to treat people as she started yelling at my wife over a deposit of $800 for a deposit for a cat. The average costs for pet deposit is between $200 & $500 The maintenance of holes in the ceiling caused a water leak from the upstairs tennant. A month later it still isn't fixed after they said they would be back 2 days later.
I'm providing only a review of maintenance. I had several outstanding items and had not yet been on the maintenance schedule. Michael called me, came in the next day, and everything is done to perfection. Michael not only did a great job on the work, but he was very personable.
Gail is the kindest woman she helped us with all of our questions and helped us find the right place for us. The apartments are very cozy and are a great place to have a home.
