One of the worst apartment complex in cda!
Don’t rent hear the maintenance team does no maintenance on your property leading to actual damage to the property. Then they charge you taking it out of your security deposit that you’ll never see again. Have had the same. Maintenance requests in the system since I moved in, but nothing was ever taken care of.
Robin Deckert is an amazing and efficient person to work with. Great communicator and the only person who showed interest in leasing to me. And I’m a mature renter with good income and perfect credit. She’s your best asset. And I like the apartment and location and neighborhood. Very happy!! My only problem so far is the screen door won’t stay on track. Overall I’m happy.

The management here is the worst I've ever seen. The manager was totally unreasonable and has no idea of how to treat people as she started yelling at my wife over a deposit of $800 for a deposit for a cat. The average costs for pet deposit is between $200 & $500 The maintenance of holes in the ceiling caused a water leak from the upstairs tennant. A month later it still isn't fixed after they said they would be back 2 days later.
