2010-2011 season. I have rented in Ludlow for 4 years. This present season I decided to use Trails Edge, in particular Jane Bixby. I have never dealt with a more deceptive group. For example, I agreed to cap owners exposure/liability for heating oil to \$1200.00. I did not feel it fair that an owner should have unlimited exposure to a potential irresponsible tenants misuse of heat/oil. Besides my oil bill to heat a 4 bedroom log cabin the prior 3 years never exceeded. \$1300. This was a good faith gesture on my part. 3 weeks... read more
