Nice friendly helpful staff, Trey has been a great guy helping me transition to their property. The apartments are very nice, just enough for me, quiet clean grounds. I do recommend.
Make sure you have a backup plan! After a mere 4 months in their community, and a maintenance order that was never properly completed, I’ve been bending over backwards just trying to get communication from these people. Pay almost $2000 in rent so they can have thin walls, infestations, and property managers that say they will fix things but they don’t, then ghost you when you try to call in.
