Lorenzo is the maintenance manger on the property. Once I put a work order in about my air not working he didn’t stop until the job was done. He made sure everything was taking care of. From ordering the part and fixing the unit as soon as possible. Keep up the hard work. Thank you Lorenzo.
We were put in a situation where we had to find a place to live within a month. We came across The Trails online, and loved what we saw. We set up a tour and were very pleased with the property and the apartment. Traneal was so nice and answered all of our questions. I did an application that same night, and got a call that it had gotten accepted. Traneal has been so helpful in this whole process! I can’t wait to move in.

The ABSOLUTE WORST apartments ever. Don’t recommend anyone to move here unless you’re very desperate without kids. The living conditions are horrible. It’s bugs literally EVERYWHERE. Maggots, roaches are the worst, I seen a rat ONCE I think the stray cats ran it away. Besides that, the units come roach infested and when they come out to spray it makes the infestation WORSE.
