I have been living here for most 2 years and I can honestly say I have not had any problems. The area is quiet and it's kept up. The only problem I really have is them entering the unit without notifying several times. I can honestly say the only maintenance man I trust and has done an excellent job while here has been Ernie. Ernie gives the best service and is best maintenance person I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond. He not only fixed things, but helps give advice as well. He’s quick, fast, and thorough. He’s so helpful and caring. He does a GREAT job!

Ernie Ernesto (as my daughter calls him) is a life saver. He fixed my washing machine in no time at all. I was in a pickle and urgently needed to wash my uniform, but the machine stalled. I put in a work order and he was there within minutes. Really makes it a pleasure being a TAL resident.
