Ernie Ernesto (as my daughter calls him) is a life saver. He fixed my washing machine in no time at all. I was in a pickle and urgently needed to wash my uniform, but the machine stalled. I put in a work order and he was there within minutes. Really makes it a pleasure being a TAL resident.
Miguel saved the day! My dishwasher hose came undone and was flooding my kitchen with water! He figured out where the leak is and fixed the problem in 5 min! The maintenance team is great at trails at Loma.
Great place to live , property is clean , work requests are on time , everyone that works here are very nice , and a special thanks to Maintenance 👨🔧
I’ve lived here for 10 months now & Ernie is a phenomenal maintenance man! Every-time he does a work order, he is very thorough and does amazing work. He truly is very knowledgeable about everything! He comes with such a great professional attitude. He comes right away even on the weekends, my a/c was out and he came to bring me a window unit right away! Thank you so much Ernie for all your hard work!! If I could give him more than five stars I would!!
