The community is quiet , we have had a few problems when it comes to maintenance we put several work orders in and no one would come, but honestly this review is to give credit to Ernie in maintenance I mentioned to him what was going on in my apartment and how no one has come to fix it and he came in and fixed it all and did a great job! All of the ceiling fan cords in my apartment at one point were either broken or damaged. Ishmael was sent to the apartment and brought new fans with him just in case all the fans needed to be replaced. Upon further inspection, the fan cords were able to be fixed. He also was sent to fix my garbage disposal and did a good job repairing that as well. Thank you Ishmael.
I just don’t really like how I got an apt with a microwave. The microwave goes out and instead of replacing it I’m told that they didn’t mean to give me an apt with a microwave and instead will be giving me a over head fan for the gas stove and removing the microwave altogether. The microwave was the selling point lol . Convenience.. also it’s terrible getting a hold of office I don’t like AI bot you have to go through :/. Parking? I’d rather not even get into tbh.
