I have been here for close to two years now and my experience has been great. The office staff are very friendly, and they have an app that lets you pay rent, communicate with them, and put in maintenance requests. You can even talk to a little AI called Noah that will help you schedule different things. This includes sending it pictures to highlight certain requests - genius! I have been living here for six months and can honestly say that it is a very nice, quiet, clean, safe, and friendly place. All residents observe the mandatory quiet hours. It is impressive. The staff is simply fantastic! Shon, the manager is knowledgeable, polite, kind, respectful, and on target whenever needed. Yani, the assistant manager is also very professional and kind.
