We’ve lived here for three months now. Our move in check list had pages of stuff wrong with the apartment. To this day they still haven’t finished everything they were supposed to correct including the toilet that isn’t fully connected to the floor and backs up into the sink. They keep saying “we’ll be back to fix it”. Dogs poop all over the grass, people sit on stairs outside of people’s doors and smoke both cigarettes and pot, and Mia in the office is terribly rude and dismissive. I’ve lived here since 2021, maintenance is why I stick around especially Ernie. Thanks for fixing the ice maker Ernie!
They will charge you for issues that weren’t your fault when you move out. The apartment has roaches, maintenance is unresponsive, and they increase the rent significantly every year. The neighborhood has crime concerns as well. I wouldn’t recommend renting here; they’ll be very friendly until you commit, but the reality is different once you’re settled in.
I have been living here for a few months now and Ernie is amazing. When I first moved in there were several maintenance issues with my apartment. Ernie talked to me and told me he would come repair them for me and even fixed things I didnt notice needed to be changed. He is phenomenal and really cares about the people in this community. He is the best maintenance man on the team!
Ernesto (Ernie) is the best Maintenance man ever. He works quickly and efficiently in getting the job done. My water heater was running cold and he corrected the issue. Always professional and thoughtful.
