I have been living here for six months and can honestly say that it is a very nice, quiet, clean, safe, and friendly place. All residents observe the mandatory quiet hours. It is impressive. The staff is simply fantastic! Shon, the manager is knowledgeable, polite, kind, respectful, and on target whenever needed. Yani, the assistant manager is also very professional and kind. We’ve been here since End of March and the air has went out 4 times !Maintenance team needs help or a new team honestly, they play a major role in keeping the community up to part. This is unacceptable can’t even cook a meal it’s so hot. Monday! June 15, 2026 I have to do what I have to do!
Extremely Poor Maintenance & Neglect (Not due to the maintenance team who’s hands are tyed by corporate this is not a reflection of them) After seven years in this complex, I can confidently say the quality has gone downhill and the lack of care is unacceptable. They never answer the phone or returns calls. Can’t get a hold of anyone at the corporate office. Been waiting on my holding fees to be returned over a month and half. Now locked out of the application process so I can’t even apply else where. Terrible customer service and support. Glad I chose to pass on the apartment beings no one never follows up.
