Lived at this complex for about two years and had an horrible overall experience. It all started with terrible maintenance issues. From the moment we moved in, our garbage disposal didn’t work, and even though maintenance came in to “fix it,” it never worked again. Then, there were constant leaks from the guest bathroom every time it would rain. There was always water pouring from the ceiling into my sink and the toilet, and maintenance wouldn’t do anything about it. This occurred for months until I eventually started gettin... read more
I’ve worked with Tiffany a couple times to help get a couple units taken care of for roof damages. Every time Tiffany is very communicative and always looking out for her tenants interest! She’s goes above and beyond with ensuring any roof issues are resolved quickly and efficiently! Residents should sleep easy at night knowing they’ve got Tiffany on their side!
Don’t move here unless you wanna pay $150 and up they charge a premium water fee per unit because lady from office said it’s a landslide area.never heard of that extra 65 to monthly water fee.
