Moved in about a week ago, we were a little lost as it seemed there was a shift in staffing at the office. Once we connected with the office, Kaylyn, things started to move along more quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful with getting us the correct information and helping us deal with the admin portion of moving in. When we moved in there was a couple of small issues, but the maintenance team was able to resolve them very quickly. So far so good!
I would just like to say that I’ve been with The Bradford for over a year and they have been nothing but amazing to me and my family. I would like to specifically shout out Kaylyn Osborn for being such a great help during the unit transition and very good services! She was so good to us, especially my daughter! Thank you Kaylyn for everything you have done for us!💗
