RecommendedWe like our newly renovated apartment here at Trailpoint! The office staff has been very accommodating and helpful during the application process. Our maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner. The complex is quiet with well maintained grounds. I like that we can pay extra for a reserved parking spot!

The apartments are small for the price there isn’t any storage for valuables under AC, I actually love my apartment I have an end unit & a very large patio. I’ve complained about the family of six above me several time the noise is awful, I don’t understand why a complex would put a family with children on the second floor. Great staff, maintenance was always timely and thorough. But the millipedes, my goodness they were terrible. When you move in they won't notify you which buildings have it bad, and then if you try and change units it's at your expense. During millipede season basically they tell you they've done all they can do so you just have to deal with over a hundred of them in your place daily.
Terrible maintenance that doesn’t finish jobs, unorganized staff who can’t seem to agree on policies. Nobody knows what they are doing here. Millipedes all over your apartment, constant leaks and rapes throughout the complex. Don’t rent here.
