I would highly recommend the product and the commitment to after sales service and support. I had a problem with the lid I couldn't fix .....I was encouraged to return to the factory to remedy problem. Everything fixed with a smile. Mackenzie identified and made improvements to the trailer. The Trailmaster Pod trailer is awesome for camping trips. Excellent service provided by Louis, McKenzie and Ian when I got my 2022 Pod trailer retrofitted to my requirements. I am loving my Pod Trailer.
The Trailmaster Pod is not cheap and won’t appeal to all. But for those looking for a lightweight, high quality and flexible towing solution there are limited offerings available. For me, I was looking for a light, well-built trailer that could be towed behind a small SUV (Suzuki Vitara). Absolutely love this trailer, used it for the first time over the weekend.Built tough light weight can be moved around very quickly and easily. Easy to tow with small SUV. Buying and delivery completed with no problems, staff very professional and friendly all paperwork for registration in QLD filled out for me by TrailMaster. No problems what so ever.
