Somehow we got the chuck roast when we ordered brisket. Whatever butcher you go to have him tell you about fat content. Message me back I’ll chat with him myself. Unless of course you were false advertising. Brisket judge, brisket cook, brisket connoisseur.
Had the brisket, pulled pork, mac n cheese,green been, and potatoes delivered outside of peoria for a bachelor party. Best bbq you will find in the area. Everything excellently done, perfect smoke flavor all dishes were the perfect moisture if you know bbq you know about that. Absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!
I grabbed a couple of pork chops sandwiches today at Sam's Club north Peoria. They are set up at the car show today. The chops were great.
Just had Trailin' Smoke BBQ cater my wedding. Communication was good and food was GREAT. Arrived on time with amazing food. Guests complimented all night! We did Pulled Pork and Brisket for our meats. And the Brisket is to die for, highly recommend! Staff was friendly and service was great! Thanks again!
Had an event in Sept planned a year ahead. They never showed up. The old owner was always on time n did a great job for the 4 years I had them. But now it's under a new owner and is no longer reliable.
