The owner and employees are friendly, knowledgable, and quick to help. The store is clean, well-organized, and decorated very nicely with unique bicycle motif. My son is 6 and he got his first Giant bike from Trailhouse. Our younger son (3 year old) loved the bell on his big brother's bike so the employee brought him a bell. It was so very sweet of him to do that! This shop is a perfect example of a down-home, treat-the-customer-best, locally run business. I am very impressed with them!!

His superior knowledge in kinesiology as it pertains to performance and comfort on the bike exceeds expectations. Near or far, the bike fit is worth the trip!

I ordered a trek bike from the trek bike website. It was ordered on Monday, delivered to this store on Tuesday, and assembled and ready for pickup on Wednesday. Barry and his staff were great. They helped me find all the things i needed and in a color that would work best with my new bike. I will do all my bike shopping at this store. Thanks for the great service.
