The staff went above and beyond to help me make an informed decision. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. When I needed my tires fixed unexpectedly, they offered to let me borrow a bike so I could go home and get a method of payment! Excellent customer service and care. Highly recommended!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Typically over-promise and under-deliver in my experience. If they say your bike will be done by the end of the week or early next week. expect it in two weeks or more. This has happened to me and several friends. However, they usually have a good selection and merchandise is typically fairly priced.
