So glad I switched to TCU, they’re really a well run bank, understanding and down to earth. Talking to humans that care vs just being seen as a number as in other banks.
Trailhead fraud picked up a misuse of my debit card so quickly that I did not even know that it had happened. Trailhead called me several times trying to make sure that I was taken care of. Customer service people worked hard to try to get me a card more quickly. The fact that I am utterly hopeless at banking is completely on me. Very friendly and helpful staff at this branch. It's really a pleasure to do business at this credit union.
Completely useless. Don’t waste your time with these clowns. They misprinted a cashier’s check that I needed for a down payment on a house and then lied to the title company accusing me of printing the check myself. I had to take time off work to fix their mistake and all I got was a teller and manager telling me sorry. If you value your time and expect your money to be handled professionally, try literally anywhere else. I was underwhelmed by my experience at this trailhead location and decided to switch banks. There needs to be some serious improvements in customer retention and services that are provided.
