I was underwhelmed by my experience at this trailhead location and decided to switch banks. There needs to be some serious improvements in customer retention and services that are provided.
Sadly, I just had a completely unnecessary interaction with this credit union. Not directed at this particular branch, necessarily. Just a complete dismissal over what should have been an easy, zero problem, one time fix. Instead, I was left with the overwhelming impression that they don't care for their customers or our years spent there. This is such a disappointing and completely unnecessary way to end my time using this credit union.
Cassie and the rest of the team here are always friendly and helpful!
The workers at this location on 3904 N Mississippi ave are the most welcoming , down to earth people I’ve came in contact with in customer service, ever. Every time I come in the bank every employee at this location makes sure to greet me with a big smile on their faces, remember my name, ask how my day is going and give their input on the topic at hand. Never have I walked in that bank and been unsatisfied. Huge shoutout to Tom, Cassie and Danielle. Thank you guys and gals
