Today my wife and I found the most extraordinary people and they were all employees of the Trailhead Credit Union. Everyone of them helped us in a frustrating experience with our own credit union which was out of state, and preventing us from obtaining a Cashiers Check. Boy, how impressed we were with Cassie at this Mississippi branch. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we would get our check. So glad I switched to TCU, they’re really a well run bank, understanding and down to earth. Talking to humans that care vs just being seen as a number as in other banks.
Trailhead fraud picked up a misuse of my debit card so quickly that I did not even know that it had happened. Trailhead called me several times trying to make sure that I was taken care of. Customer service people worked hard to try to get me a card more quickly. The fact that I am utterly hopeless at banking is completely on me.
