Steven the teller was unable to assist me. He misquoted the transfer, told me multiple times to ‘just call my branch’ as he was helping with a co-op check transfer, and was rude. He did not help, wasted time, and told me incorrect information on my transfer. When I requested a written document for paper trail purposes he told me no.
We really appreciated Ray Sehorn for helping us through the credit card application process. He was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Steven was so helpful answering all my questions and giving me information. This branch has been so lovely to work for would never go to another bank
Staff are scared of a camera. Wow lock the doors shut off the lights. Hide under desks. Don't let people do their business. All over a camera
