Generally- I have banked here pretty much since they opened this branch. I wanted to disassociate with B of A/ bigs banks, and support a local credit union. It’s been kind of a wild ride, and full of inconveniences I didn’t expect. They used to only be able to print out replacement cards at the main branch, or slowly mail- that was terrible! They now print replacements on location, but they charge for that service, and the card doesn’t work for a full 24 hrs after issuing. I once had a debit card I set up there in person, bu... read more
I went in today and Ray helped me put my first check into my bank account, was super kind to me and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid or anything. Great service!!
