RecommendedHow can you tell immediately if a bike shop is about customer service? How about a PR on your favorite trail on the first ride on your new ride? Harrison and Coleman made sure I was on the right bike in my price range. They then went above and beyond to dial in every aspect of the bike for me and taught me how to adjust every component. I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience at a big bike shop before. It was a CRAZY busy Saturday too! I could not recommend Trailhead any higher! 10⭐️ in my book!!
We got a bike for our son since we promised him one and they're sold out everywhere. Emilie emailed right away confirming my order. Soon after she emailed that there was a hiccup with a car bije rack that I ordered. I ended up getting a more expensive one, but a 10% discount for my trouble. Recieved what I needed. I utilized Trailhead's curbside order pickup service due to COVID19 at the Ellisville location for a new helmet for my son and it could not have been any easier. I apologize for not getting the sales associates name but he was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating when we had a slight fitment issue and it was truly greatly appreciated, especially during these confusing and complicated times.
Picked up a used trek superfly yesterday and couldn’t be happier. Michael meticulously went over the bike before the transaction and answered any questions I had. Overall, It was in great shape and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended to all future customers. The store itself is also well organized with a wide variety of not so common bikes you see in other shops.
What an awesome bike shop. I have been to both locations. Everyone is extremely nice. Do yourself a favor and make a stop at either one of the shops you won’t be disappointed.

Long story short, if you need a bike, bike knowledge, someone to safety check your bike, or just want to pet a sweet pupper you go here. I could write an essay about all the crazy bike related predicaments they’ve saved me from, but all you need to know is that I don’t, and won’t, go to any other shop for my biking needs. I trust TrailHead and once you’ve been and received their honest, specialized services you’ll never go anywhere else.
