Went in to by my fiancé a mountain bike as she is just getting into it. Emilie took the time to help her try 4 or 5 different bikes and adjusting them for her so she could see the differences in frame size etc. Very good customer service and a variety of styles and sizes in stock.
Just purchased my son his first real bike. Service, knowledge and advice was all amazing! I will definitely be back! Great experience! Henry was great also!

First time changing a flat tire on my road bike and I wasn't able to do it on my own. So I my bike to Trailhead Bicycles for the first time and met Emile who was so helpful. She dropped everything to help me, showing me how to change the tube, and how to put the tire back on the bike. Even lubed the chains and gave a quick check through the gears. Didn't expect to be compensated. So nice and helpful. I definitely want to patronize their store all the time now! I want to join their Monday bike rides so I can learn more from t... read more

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Mike and Emilie for all of their work on my 25 year old hybrid Peugeot. My bike and I rode over 330 miles on the GAPCO trails without a hitch. My new tires were sturdy, the gears shifted well and the new seat was a blessing!! Even the new fenders worked for most of the mud. The work done on my road bike is fabulous also but that's for another post. I truly appreciate all their skill, hard work and patience. Thanks!
