Great operation... All the employees there are top notch.. I was in and out quickly with my brand new trailer..
Polite efficient and capable
Great experience at Trailers Plus. Called ahead and when I got there everything was ready to go. In and out in a half hour with a great new trailer.
Bought a trailer a month ahead of time from out of state. Showed up and the trailer had damage, asked for a spare tire and a ball lock to compensate for the damage. They refused. Said only a spare tire. An hour and a half after showing up to pick up trailer and the paper work is still not done. Just sitting here waiting. They do not respect customers or customers time. Asked to speak to a manager and was asked if I want to cancel the sale and leave.
