Great service! I let them know my approximate arrival time and they had unit inside the building going over every part, checking bolts and lugs, as well as charging the battery. They went over proper operation, safety, and warranty. I highly recommend TrailersPlus in Evans City.
Walked in, started talking to an associate. The associate didn't seem to want to give me attention. He did ask me what I was looking for which I was well prepared and started stating exactly the type of equipment trailer that I needed and mid sentence picks up a ringing phone and goes on to have a drawn out conversation with another customer. A very friendly, knowledgeable, and very detailed oriented business. When I bought the trailer they backed it inside their large garage, checked everything including the torque of the wheel bolts. Very nice people to deal with.
