I don't know what I expected from a place that only sold trailers. My first impression of these guys were to be met by a staff that told me they couldn't serve me at that moment because they were all on their mandated lunch break. Made me think that my time was not important. There one person out of the five of them that could help me so I sat in the lobby for a good 10 minutes until I could start the process for buying a trailer.
