Matt, Chase, and the larger Tacoma Trailers Plus team did an excellent job providing exemplary service during a new Karavan utility trailer review, reservation, purchase, and onsite pickup. I greatly appreciated the speed of the onsite team, their thoroughness in performing pre-departure trailer safety checks, and the one-stop nature of the onsite purchase, registration, and titling process. I would recommend this location and their team for trailer purchase and services, and I plan to become a repeat customer.
Drove 2 & 1/2 hours to look at a trailer that the guy flaked on me. Went here since I was in the area and didn’t want to waste a trip. Great Experience. No nonsense. No BS. Just a quick and easy purchase. Fitted me with the trailer I needed for the jobs I’m doing. Hooked everything up and got me back on the road quickly. I spent a little more money but I got all the bells and whistles I never thought I could afford and I left completely satisfied.
They did a great job, in and out in less than an hour. The store was very busy, staff was polite, helpful and courteous. They helped me find the right trailer. Easy doing business with.
