This place is a joke!!!! Stay away at all costs!! I bought a dump trailer and after 5,000 miles 3 out 4 tires are bald. Im being told that the tires which were sold with the trailer are not meant for “high mileage”. So 5,000 miles os now considered high mileage? What a joke!This company forces you to make decisions quickly because you are only given an hour of their time. Wait times are terrible don’t show up a minute earlier then your appointment because they won’t help you and will turn you away. After finally getting on the lot we had too wait another 30-45 minutes before we where helped because the previous appointment kept adding things and they continued too let him run past his time. If it hadn’t been for them being the only ones around with what I wanted I would’ve went else where and I definitely won’t be back in the future!
We have had nothing but problems with our new 11000.00 trailer . The trailer was only used 1 time and stored ina conditioned building. It first started with no trailer brakes . The brakes would work and then wouldn’t work . I called several times and didn’t get a response. So I took it to a local trailer store we’re after fixing all the wiring , we found 3 different slices in the wiring . They were easy to work with and had great customer service. They also had the best price on the trailer i wanted that i could find.
Took my trailer in for just a service and The service department called saying that a needed 4 new wheel bearings that agreed to have replaced, well when I picked up the trailer taken it 7 miles to my home the left from wheel and hub fell completely off in my driveway. Had it put on a rollback to get it back, well with in 1 hour they called saying it was fixed. Same thing all over again. I gave them 3 chances to correct this issue and Trailers plus could not fix so I took it … See more
