I think you guys are fake I have been trying to buy a trailer from you guys for two weeks and all I get is that you guys are extremely busy and that I need to make an appointment and pay 50$ dollars to reserve a trailer that I haven’t even seen. Finally I make an appointment in Fresno and two hours before my appointment I get canceled it’s a waist of my time to make an appointment to buy a trailer from TrailerPlus when there’s other companies with much better customer service.
RecommendedTate Loftis, our salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Made us a great deal.
If I could give ZERO stars I would - I would never recommend purchasing a trailer from Trailers Plus (anywhere) but especially the Bakersfield location. Tate Loftis sold me a trailer under false pretenses telling me that the trailer I purchased would suffice beyond my needs. I was making an interstate move and about 850 miles into the drive the brand new tires began to fail, one completely separating.
