I put a deposit down on a trailer to reserve it. At the phoenix arizona office on indian school rd. I had questions about the trailer, so i "chatted" with them which was totally useless for getting any information, with their chat you type your question and it says someone will get back to you in a day or two. So i wasnt satisfied with the chat and decided to call them...LOL bigger joke than the chat. TrailersPlus made buying a utility trailer very easy; set up an appointment, check out their inventory, discuss pros and cons with sales rep and make a decision on the purchase. Working with Jarrad on this was very easy and was able to do all this in three days. Overall experience was great and wish all businesses were this efficient. I feel I got a great trailer for my needs at a good price and would go back to them for any future trailer needs.
Warning.... Warning....i purchased a trailer from this store...rated for 7000 lbs...my side by side fell through the loading ramp 1st time out .the salesman told me the ramp was rated the same as the trailer. A total LIE. My machine is 1500 lbs. I took it back and confronted the manager and salesman about it .I said the salesman told me it was rated for 7000 lbs .he responded that he said it was rated the same as the trailer. This place is a joke don't do business here you call them they're busy and you get some centrally located call center no direct contact, they say they'll call you back they never do.. Trying to get an appointment scheduled is a joke.. I called a month and a half ago to get my second year inspection done never heard a word back. This place obviously isn't willing to go out of their way to help you even though you spent a shitload of money on a trailer. the only thing that needs attention is the tubes that hold the wiring is a very bad cut at the ends are very sharp and rough will cut the wiring at one point then the lights will fail !!!!
Horrible place to buy a trailer that is falling apart .
Bought 6’ X 12’ from the Trailer Plus Feb 2019, location in Blue Springs, MO. I was handed a bill of sale & a MSO (Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin) and was told to keep it in the clove box in my SUV. One week later someone got into my car and the MSO. When I call James in Blue Springs, I was told one of his employees failed to make a copy of the MSO and I would have to have a bond through an independent Bonding Agency in our favor for the original invoice, about $150 cost to me.
