not pleased at all when our brand new trailer (30 minutes old, and only 2 miles away) blew the hydraulic system apart, lending this BRAND NEW trailer unusable, and all we get is a corporate runaround on a BRAND NEW $10,000 trailer!!?!? Trailer sits in their yard, paid cash. But I have no trailer, and the manager is unwilling to repair it.. Nobody has authority to make any decision, resulting in the worst customer service imaginable.
RecommendedEdit: I no longer recommend this place. I bought a trailer and they told me they would order my vents and have them installed ASAP. Well, a month later they’re telling me to go find them somewhere else and have them put on at my expense. Horrible. I attached the pictures with the marks where they said they would put them.
These guys rock. My trailer was ready as well as all paperwork when I arrived from a two hour drive. Very professional staff
