I tried to work with both Lodi and Fresno, as these are the two branches closest to our location. Both branches of this factory direct company, are franchised, owned by one man who owns 40 something of the 80 +dealerships that Interstate trailers has nation wide. We found both branches really talk up or believe in their product but tack on what they call a "Convenience Fee" this is them charging you for doing the paperwork they get paid to do by buying the trailer from them or they mark up 700+ dollars from where it is adver... read more
Very poor customer service. Don't be in a hurry and don't hold your breath waiting for a return call.
The customer service these people provide is fantastic! You can't beat their trailer quality or prices either!
My buying experience was very good. Bought trailer and added additional features, the staff took care of me on the spot. I will recommend to anyone, as well as purchase there in the future.
