No stars Went to the “show room” it is a scam in the middle of a sketchy neighborhood
Stay clear. Ordered in Jan with expectation to get trailer in Late March. Told June July and latest they have no idea. Owner will not respond unless you threaten to cancel and then he threatens legal action. Stay clear unless they clean up their act. Horrible experience. Other local enclosed trailer companies now have trailers in stock. There are other options.
Just called and told them how they are scammers and go f themselves. MIKE JORDAN from trailer showroom left a voicemail calling me a slut.
DO NOT BUY FROM TRAILER SHOWROOM!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! $801 deposit this traveling med tech put down on a trailer. It's been over 2 months since ordering and haven't received a completion time or any proof that it's even in production yet they are refusing to refund my deposit without any proof it's actually even getting built. So they either build trailers without approved plans or they feel they can keep the deposit for literally zero work they have put into it. I'll take my $7k elsewhere. Lesson learned.
