I don't know anything else they could have done to make my horse trailer purchase so easy and efficient. From the quick responses by Janna on emails to having the trailer ready to view and paperwork ready to finish in a very short amount of time.....they are truly professionals at their jobs. I really have enjoyed having my trailer and will look there again first for my next trailer!
Horse Trailers We have purchased three trailers from here. They are helpful and very knowledgeable on the different brands. East Coast stocks several of the top trailers. Prices are about what you would get anywhere, but you can get a great deal. They will work with you in your price range.
Had appointment scheduled this past Saturday with one of the sales guy - Luis Ferrer, he assured me, he or someone else will be there since they are closed on the weekends and it’s only by appointments. Drove over 4hrs from Atlanta, GA to Mocksville, NC to find out no one is there!!! Called the place and also his extension - left messages, sent him email, sent him message on LinkedIn - it’s Tuesday and still no courtesy call or email to apologize!!! We were on vacation when we got stranded from an accident with our trailer. This dealership was the brand we had and only 20 minutes from our campsite. We went in Monday morning at 8:30 am and drove out with our new trailer the same day! Fast, friendly and were pet friendly (let our great dane and Chinese crested help with the deal). Helped transfer our stuff from one trailer to the other. Very informative and helpful in making sure we knew how to operate everything. Lucky to have a great dealership where we broke down!
Best sales lady and super staff that backs them up to get things ready. Specially since it was short notice the entire team there helped us get back on track and safely home with our horses. Thank you all

Terrible experience. Dishonest staff that tell you one thing and then when you actually make the deal they go into used car salesman mode. Never again. Extremely disappointed.
