A big shout out to Jeff Rainey for going above and beyond to handle a problem I had that was not his fault at all. I purchased a dump trailer from another location that closed down and need a MCO that I never received. Contacted multiple people trying to get this resolved before Jeff was tagged in a email about what was going on. Within 7 days he had a MCO for me and overnighted it to me.
