I had a very disappointing experience here. The man I spoke with was extremely rude and acted like helping me with my trailer repairs was a bother. He seemed to look down on people instead of offering basic customer service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or helpful service.
Customer service is just as important as the service itself. Due to the rudeness and unprofessional conduct of the owner and staff, I will be taking my business elsewhere. As a business owner myself, I believe that customers have the right to ask questions to understand what needs to be repaired—without being interrupted or spoken to disrespectfully.
