I had an excellent customer experience. The sales person, Trevor, showed me various trailers that met my list of must-haves answering all my questions. He wasn’t pushy, which is important to me, wasn’t over selling. I selected the trailer best for me and Trevor expedited the sales paperwork while his manager, Jacob, prepped my purchased trailer making sure it all checked out and ready to leave. Edit. Quick edit of my review. Year and a half later I had some parts that fell off the trailer, normal wear and tear. Went into the office to see if I could order some new ones and was basically told I was shit out of luck. Person at the desk said that I could check Harbor freight or online, but they didn’t stock any parts for the trailer that I purchased from them. ————-original review Myranda set up my custom order online and had it delivered here.
