Call on Friday talked to Julie very knowledgeable. Ordered parts on Saturday. Confirmation on Monday. Delivered on Wednesday. Everything correct great packaging. Highly recommend.
Over 10 Business days since order placed. They charged my card immediately, but the order still does not show on my account. Not currently offering phone customer service and no response to website contact form or emails to customer service. I more than understand that there are things going on in the world right now and am not upset about having to wait for my order to ship, but you need to at least communicate with your customers.
