If I could put 0 stars, I would. LOL they say it's clean and presentable but That's why it's crawling with roaches, various other bugs and smells so bad & the office has a side job of drug dealing. Not to mention, the trailers are trash, they're old RVS converted into houses. The plumbing is FALLING apart and they just tape it back together and sell it to someone saying the tenant is responsible for the cost to repair but never actually fixed it.
