Here from Montana with our dogs for Iditarod Sled Dog Race. Trailer for dogs had two broken springs. Squeezed us in got it taken care of in less than half a day. Thanks to Matt in sales and the service crew!
I’d like to start by saying at first I gave them a positive review, but I found missing bolts on my plow frame. Super frustrating because not only could the frame have been stressed in ways it wouldn’t have been if the bolts were in but I had to give the truck back to fix it. That’s my only truck and I’m loosing money every day they have it. A trailer craft mechanic stated it’s only about a 2 hour deal to put the bolts in and make sure there’s no damage since I’ve been plowing with it not knowing about the bolts. My service ... read more
One Star too much. It's very frightening what happens here, we were here with a Fiat Ducato. First they said no problem, we can replace the wheel bearings and shock absorbers, then they had no tools and the fault was a loose exhaust cover. Complete nonsense. They did nothing and wanted another 260$. Outrageous. We had the vehicle repaired in Canada. Trailercraft let us drive over 1000 km with a broken shock absorber!
