Brandy at Trailer World is amazing! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and made sure I got the exact parts I needed for my trailer. She went out of her way to help me and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. This is the type of customer service that I’ll gladly drive 2 hours for with no problem. I really appreciate her effort and kindness!
If you came here and brought them Trailers, be prepared to spend up to half a day unloading. In general, the guys are good, but they work very, very slowly!
