Absolutely terrible! We are paying for a 15,000 trailer from them and the tire had done flew off while we were driving down the road, turns out it was a defevt from the trailer because the studs and everything came off. Called months ago and asked if they had a tire and all for the trailer. They said no and they will call us when they get one in. NEVEE DID! My husband and I broke down today right beside trailer world and CP was quick to find us the hub we needed for our camper to continue our vacation. Fast forward 3 hrs later and we just couldn’t fix it!! At 4:55 we towed our camper to Trailer world and thank goodness CP was still there! Even after it was time for him to leave for the day he stayed and worked on his own time to help us get back on the road. CP was so very helpful, delightful and knowledgeable in his work.
