Wasted half my day driving to check out a trailer that apparently did not exist. I inquired online about a 6.5 x 16‘ trailer that they listed in their clearance section and had a picture of a beautiful trailer. I got a phone call the next morning from Brady that trailer I was inquiring about was there and they only had one left and I needed to put down a deposit to hold it. I would not recommend their service department or do business with this company. I picked up a rather expensive new ATC trailer with an electric tongue jack installed by Trailer Superstore, brought it home and parked it only to come back from a trip days later to find the front crashed into the ground. There was damage to wiring harness, connector and all three broken tongue jack bolt heads were lying beside the trailer hitch. Beyond disappointed with my recent experience at trailer superstore. After tracking down and excellent looking equipment trailer for my business I took off the remainder of the afternoon to go to trailer superstore and purchase. Upon arrival I saw yet another great deal on a used toy hauler they had for sale I spoke to the salesman Connor and told him I was very interested in buying both the equipment trailer and the toy hauler. These guys are professionals. I purchased a Bri Mar dump trailer from Trailer Superstore last spring and could not be happier with how it went. Eric ******(GM) sold me the trailer in about 10 minutes time. They pulled the product around to the side of the building, performed an in-depth inspection and hooked the trailer up to my vehicle. Great service and willing to do whatever they can!
Highly recommend dealing with All Pro. I walked in this morning met Alex Bobb my sales rep, took a walk to look at the trailer I was interested in, sat down and less then an hour we came to a deal. Very easy and knowledgeable to deal with. Due to the cold temperature my tailgate to my truck was frozen and I couldn’t get in to get my correct size ball out. The guys from the shop pulled my truck in melted the ice and got me on my way. Overall great first experience, will be going back for future trailer purchases!
