I purchased a trailer from Wes - the manager. I sent Wes Scholler pictures of the handles on the new trailer I Just bought. Which were cracked it was a new 2019 trailer. He said he would send out to warranty them. Wes has dealt with myself on the purchase and me contacting him on the cracked handles. I’m sorry you feel this way. A warranty claim can not be filed until pictures are provided. You purchased the trailer in May and after asking for pictures of the cracked handle cover twice once from you and them from your husband we had still not received anything. We received the pictures Monday and before the claim could be filed you had already called to talk to a supervisor. Jordon is now handling your warranty claim for you.
