Not lie about putting an order in for a trailer and give the proper paperwork and paying for something that wasnt out on.
We picked up our trailer and couldn’t have been more pleased. These guys are top notch. We love our trailer, fantastic quality! But I was most impressed with their customer service. We needed a different size hitch and they gave it to us at no charge. We drove 2 hours from where we live and I would do it again, for this kind of customer service. Seriously, you won’t be sorry if you give them your business!
