Finding an honest and competent RV service person is quite a challenge. Rick is is rare find. He will forget more than most people will ever know about RV propane/electric refrigerators. He knows everything there is to know about the refrigerators from Norcold, Dometic, and other companies. Our Norcold 2117 refrigerator stopped working while staying in Phoenix.
