Buyer beware. I had my first and last experience with this company today. The staff was rude, not helpful and could care less about customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company or you will likely be disappointed.
First, they ridiculously over charge the customer. Second, they have the most outrageous and unrealistic shipping charges (where they pocket the difference). For me they, shipped wrongly advertised product. This is the wrong product and they have no replacement. (Clearly listed on the website that this should be the correct product). They refuse to pay for the refund of the item and shipment They are belligerent and difficult to do deal with.
