When I scheduled this appointment with the customer service center I specifically stated what I was looking to install in my jeep. I basically needed the wiring done so that I can flat tow it with my RV. They stated they can do the work and even scheduled me for a location 30 minutes away. When I arrive at my appointment the tech said that they didn't do that work there. It is not their fault, they even suggested where I can take it to have it done.
