I cancelled my installation - do not know why I received this or why I got charged for this!!!
Nothing - the installation was cancelled by the technician at the store because he didn't feel he could do it and did not give me another recommendation.
This review concerns a trailer hitch installation. DO NOT say you will wait even though that is an option when scheduling. They have no waiting area or seats. Their suggestion…Taco Bell across the street. Waited there 1 hour (was told it would be a 90 minute install) and returned. Car wasn’t ready so I decided to get some steps in. Walked 4 miles. Took 2 hours 26 minutes in all from handing over the car to getting it back. Might be short staffing as I witnessed installer have to leave the stall and check in returning rentals... read more
