I arrived on time for my appointment and waited for 4 hours during which time the installer never showed up. The one person at the desk was unable to find out when or if the installer would ever arrive and gave me the store managers number but he never responded to my text so she gave me his bosses number and he never responded to my text either. EXETREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I didn't because it wasn't done. Order, paid and scheduled to have U-Haul to install a hitch and electric wiring 2. 5 weeks ago. Showed up a few minutes before my appointment, front desk clerk didn't know anything about it. He said, We don't have a installer in today. Then he shared that all the parts weren't there. He gave me the owners card to call. I called and texted multiple times with no response from him. Had to reschedule another day which means more time and money taken away from my work ... read more
