My hitch was not installed. I arrived for my appointment only to be informed that they, in fact, do not install hitches at this location. I would have preferred to have been informed of this months ago when I booked the appointment and I do not appreciate having my time and gas wasted. Why was I not contacted prior to the appointment? Very frustrated and annoyed at how unprofessional (and unsuccessful) my experience was.

I was charged for old damage on a truck renters beware!! Then I was told the insurance would cover, but as soon as I agreed for the $11 dollars for millage they charged me an additional $150 and no one could explain.
