They wrongfully charged me for three additional gallons of gas at 4:50 a gallon. The paperwork and the odometer reads 8 miles. I only drove the truck 8 miles. Brand new Ford 150 gets 24 miles to the gallon.. the blonde lady that came out to the truck said will email you the receipt. This was by far the worst hitch installation and customer service experience ever. I was scheduled on a Friday and when I got there for my appointment was informed that the installer did not show up and they didn’t have my parts. I scheduled for 9am the next day and was informed it would be ready by noon, however it wasn’t completed until after 3pm which left me without a car until the evening as well as a ride to pick it up.
