This was by far the worst hitch installation and customer service experience ever. I was scheduled on a Friday and when I got there for my appointment was informed that the installer did not show up and they didn’t have my parts. I scheduled for 9am the next day and was informed it would be ready by noon, however it wasn’t completed until after 3pm which left me without a car until the evening as well as a ride to pick it up.
