My tow hitch installer did a fast and amazing job. Everyone at the front desk were very kind. I was happy to wait for the installation because they finally had a chair for me to sit. But I didn't need to wait long. Installer was very professional and proficient. I'm glad I waited for him to return. The manager was very knowledgeable when I initially stop by to inquire about the tow hitch. The manager ordered to hitch for me and gave me a date for installation. My wife accidentally chose the option to purchase but not install - so when I went to get it installed and they told me she only bought it - they still installed it for me
Great experience. Speedy installation of hitch despite bolts being a pain to get off. Good customer service and friendly staff. Recommend over other uhaul locations.
