Had to drive 2h to pick up an even smaller truck. Was informed that I would be reimbursed for gas and any overfill. After getting no response on an email I noticed in contract that it was a lie. Do not give false information to your clients, that's fraud! Spent $100 more than what I was supposed to pay. Last time I am ever using U-Haul. I dont even know how they are still running.
