They must have made recent changes at this location because my experience was completely different from other reviews. I needed a hitch installed on my wife's Kia. I called and they were able to give me an estimate right over the phone. It was surprisingly cheaper than buying the parts on Amazon and installing it myself. Had a problem with my Curt wiring harness and Drew was super nice and helpful through the whole process. Got everything sorted out quickly!
Worst attitude i have experienced in my 80 plus years. With a couple of exceptions being rude or defending it is the norm. Had to return for missing part. Should have paid attention to the reviews. Work its self was ok.
