Truly unprofessional behavior from the front desk. A young male employee, likely in his 20s, spoke to me as if I were one of his high school friends—completely lacking professionalism and basic courtesy. His demeanor and attitude were dismissive and disrespectful. He instructed me to retrieve a number from the trailer myself, essentially asking me to do his job. Walked in at about 830am July 18th, I walked in seemed like no one was in. Keenesha I think is her name sitting with her head on the counter. She woke up and when I was speaking with her she was on her phone going through social media videos. Wow such crappy service. I even called the manager Dave Chris seemed like he didn't care. FOR SURE I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY THERE EVER AGAIN.

No stars if I could put NO starts , I was looking for a box and one the employees says out loud you broke the box which I did not I just folded the box to see its size , and I responded with if I’m purchasing it what’s the problem as we wait to pay the women working on the far right starts speaking in Jamaican with the man in the middle checking us out , they speak for a moment back and fourth and speak to man that told us earlier we had broken the box , we wait finally the transaction happens as they continue speaking in th... read more
