I booked a morning drop off on Aug 8th. Great date and time for me. I look online and it shows the reservation is on thr 12th! I called over ten times after my reservation was made. Each time, no one picked up at the local store, and I was directed to a corporate/ national uhaul operator. I needed answers from the location I was scheduled at. I paid $540 for a hitch installation and the hitch was never installed. In addition, my money was never refunded and I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card issuer.
I was having difficulty with wiring a brake light to an ancient trailer so I went back to the shop and the installer was very helpful explaining my misunderstanding
There was nothing I liked about my experience. I setup an appointment via your website for the hitch install at the Pacific Hwy location, but the confirmation email sent me to the location on Sandy Blvd., which for me is a 40 minute drive. Dropped the car off at Sandy, tried to call to check status... no one picked up the phone, went to the main distribution center, they have no idea what the status is. They broke the bolt that would have held the hitch. Told me there was nothing they could do. Blamed it on nonexistent rust (it’s a 2017 Acura) and when I looked at the hitch they were trying to install, it’s was for a 2014 Acura model. 0/10 terrible experience.
