Serena at the front desk and Panveer the Technician who installed the trail electronics for my car were very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I had an appointment booked for 1 pm and had to stay there since I live 3 hrs away and They didn't take my car until 4pm. I was pretty upset since I had to wait 5 hrs at the location. if there was another car, they could've bumped me down to 4pm appointment then I could've gotten stuff done until then.
