I had an appointment booked for 1 pm and had to stay there since I live 3 hrs away and They didn't take my car until 4pm. I was pretty upset since I had to wait 5 hrs at the location. if there was another car, they could've bumped me down to 4pm appointment then I could've gotten stuff done until then.
Did not happen. Lack of technicians.
Rob was very responsive. The installation worked perfectly.
I haven’t installed it. They rescheduled for three times and I don’t know when to install it now.
