I rented a 15 footer with a car hauler trailer (not dolly) to move my 4x4 truck that had a dead alternator. They took my reservation with only one hour notice. I paid with Chime debit and did not even have to pay a deposit. It was as easy as could be. I'm very happy and will always use this location for car hauler trailers in the future.
Nothing, the install didn't happen and I wasted time off work and 5 hours of my life sitting around hoping for parts to show that never did. They also did nothing to inform me before I drove 25 miles to my appointment that it wasn't ready. They also did nothing to offer me compensation despite the install saying it was still going to be completed by end of day.
