Fast installation and good price
This is a review for the East Madison U haul on Atlas Court. Made an appointment for a Trailer hitch install via telephone call. I showed up and they had the hitch installed about 2.5 hours later. These guys were friendly, had the parts on hand and everything went well. Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks for a hitch install.
I had reservation for 2:00 and car wasn't started until 3:00!

I do not recommend getting a hitch installed at this location. The manager and employees are rude and they have a "Don't Care" attitude. I was very disappointed and will not use this location again!!
